There are no special daily rates for the Clay Conference 2017.
Delegates who register as students are asked to submit relevant proof of their student status. Students are considered to be graduate or PhD students under the age of 35 (including those who turn 35 during the year 2017).
What is included in the registration fee?
For professionals and students:
- Entrance to the full Davos Clay Conference 2017
- Networking lunches: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
- Ice-breaker on Sunday, 24 September 2017
- Conference Dinner on Tuesday, 26 September 2017, incl. bus transfer
For accompanying persons:
- Participation in social events, including Conference Dinner on Tuesday, 26 September 2017
- Transfer to Conference Dinner
Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk at the Congress Centre as proof of your registration.
The organisers will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one, once their registration and fee have been received. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to assist potential participants in raising travel funds or obtaining a visa. There is no commitment on the part of the Conference to provide any financial support. You may request such an invitation letter during online registration or from the Conference Secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org
Accredited journalists are welcome to cover the Clay Conference 2017. Please use the online registration and upload your press identification. You will receive an automatic confirmation that your application has been received, followed by an official letter confirming your participation. Please bring this letter with you to the Conference: a badge will be handed to you at the registration desk.
Registration fees are payable in EUR in advance to the Conference Secretariat by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Registration will be valid only upon receipt of the full payment by the Conference Secretariat according to the deadline indicated above. Onsite registration will be accepted.
Cancellation / name change
No refund will be issued for cancellations. A fee of EUR 50 will be charged for any change of name. EUR 10 will be charged for onsite changes to name badges due to incorrect submission of names and/or address data.
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the conference be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With his/her registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
By accepting the general terms and conditions, the participant declares that he/she agrees to personal and company data being processed by Congrex Switzerland Ltd. and forwarded to the sponsors and exhibitors of the Conference and that these data may be used for information purposes for congresses and events in related fields organised by Congrex Switzerland Ltd. In the opposing case, the participant must notify Congrex Switzerland Ltd in writing within 5 working days after registration.
